How do I measure my shower opening for a replacement door?+
Quick rule: Width measured at top, middle, bottom — use the smallest. Anything off by more than ¼ in. → contact us first.
Measure the width at three heights (top, middle, bottom) of the existing opening and use the smallest. Measure the height from the top of the tub lip or curb to the ceiling or desired door top. Most sliding doors are adjustable within a 2–4 inch range; check each product's spec sheet for exact tolerance. Our full measuring guide is in the Journal.What's your shipping time?+
Most orders ship within 48–72 hours from our US warehouse. Curbside delivery takes 5–9 business days to the continental US. Free on orders $70+. Large vanities and shower doors ship LTL freight and require a signature at delivery. Full details in our Shipping Policy.
Do you offer installation?+
KZG doesn't install directly, but we partner with vetted local plumbers and carpenters in most US metros. Reach out with your ZIP and project scope and we'll connect you to one within 48 hours. See our Installation Center for guides and to request a referral.
What's covered under the lifetime warranty?+
Shower door hardware (rollers, seals, frame corrosion) is covered for the life of the product. Vanity cabinetry is 5 years. LED mirrors are 3 years on the LED components, lifetime on the glass. Warranty covers defects, not installation damage or wear from misuse. Full breakdown by category on our Warranty page.
How do I apply for the Trade Program?+
Visit our Trade Program page and fill out the application form. We review every submission personally — most are approved within one business day. Once approved, your discount auto-applies at checkout.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?+
Unused, uninstalled items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. We pick up LTL-freighted items; smaller orders ship back at the customer's cost. Items that have been installed or modified are not returnable unless defective. See our Refund Policy for the full terms.
What's the difference between SMC and ceramic sinks?+
SMC (Sheet Molding Compound) is a composite that's lighter, scratch-resistant, and less prone to chipping than ceramic. Ceramic has a longer visual history and a denser feel but can chip under impact. For busy households or rental properties, SMC is often the better choice.
Do your toilets meet ADA requirements?+
Most of our toilets are ADA Comfort Height (17–19 inches to the seat) and meet California's AB 4500 water efficiency rules (1.28 GPF or less). Check each product's spec sheet for specific compliance labels.
How do I redeem a discount code?+
Enter the code at checkout in the "Discount code" field, right above the total. Trade Program discounts apply automatically — you don't need a code once your account is approved.
Is the glass on shower doors SGCC certified?+
Yes — all KZG shower doors use SGCC-certified tempered glass (6 mm minimum, 8 mm on frameless). The certification label is visible in the lower corner of every door.
Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico?+
We ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico on a quote basis. Contact us with your ZIP and we'll send an LTL freight quote within 24 hours. Large freight items may not be available — check our Shipping Policy.
What's the return window for trade orders?+
Trade accounts get the same 30-day return window as retail, plus an extended 90-day window on unused inventory for Volume-tier accounts (Net 30). Damaged-in-transit items are always covered regardless of account type.
