Our warranty, in plain English.
Every KZG product is backed by a written warranty. Different categories, different terms — all of it covered below. No fine print buried in a manual.
Shower Doors & Hardware
- Rollers, hinges, handles, and pivots
- Frame corrosion and finish wear
- Tempered glass against spontaneous breakage
- Seals and sweeps replaced for life on request
Excludes installation damage, scratches from cleaning products, and modifications to the original hardware.
Vanities & Cabinetry
- Soft-close drawer mechanisms and slides
- Cabinet construction (no warping, joint separation)
- Door hinges and self-close mechanisms
- Sink-cabinet integration (when sink is included)
Sinks, faucets, and countertops carry their own warranties — see product spec sheets.
LED Mirrors
- Mirror glass & silvering — lifetime
- LED modules and dimmer drivers — 3 years
- Anti-fog heating element — 3 years
- Touch sensor and controls — 3 years
LED bulb replacement after 3 years available at cost.
Toilets & Bidets
- Vitreous china tank and bowl — 5 years
- Flushing mechanism (chain, flapper, fill valve)
- Smart bidet seats: heating, washing, drying — 1 year
- Slow-close seat hinges and bumpers
Smart bidet electronics excluded from standard residential install if voltage is non-standard or wired by non-licensed electrician.

If something fails under warranty, we make it easy:
- Email info@thekzg.com with your order number, product, and 2–3 photos of the issue.
- We respond within one business day with a diagnosis: replacement part, full unit replacement, or technical advice.
- Replacement parts ship free to the original shipping address. Full unit replacements may require return of the defective product.
What's not covered.
Installation damage
Cracked glass, stripped threads, or scratched surfaces caused during installation. Hire a licensed installer for high-value items.
Misuse & abuse
Cleaning with abrasive products, using non-bathroom chemicals, hanging weight from shower door hardware, dropped tools.
Cosmetic wear
Hard-water stains, soap scum buildup, slight finish dulling over years of normal use are not covered. We sell care kits — ask us.
Modifications
Cutting, drilling, painting, or refinishing any KZG product voids the warranty for that piece.
Acts of nature
Earthquake, flood, fire, and other catastrophic events. File these with your homeowner's insurance.
Resold or transferred
Warranty is non-transferable. It applies only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
We stock common replacements.
Shower-door rollers, vanity drawer slides, LED dimmer modules — most are in stock and ship within 48 hours.
