Shipping policy

We ship KZG bathroom fixtures across the United States from our California warehouse. Here's exactly what to expect.

Free US shipping over $70

Orders with a subtotal of $70 or more ship free anywhere in the contiguous United States. Orders under $70 are charged a flat shipping fee at checkout based on weight and destination.

Processing time

Most in-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 pm PT, on weekends, or on US holidays begin processing the next business day.

Estimated delivery times

Once dispatched, typical transit times for the contiguous US:

  • Standard ground — 5 to 9 business days
  • Expedited — 3 to 5 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee)
  • Freight (large items: shower doors, vanities, double-sink units) — 7 to 14 business days

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with carrier and tracking the moment your order leaves our warehouse.

Large item / freight delivery

Bigger items — full shower-door kits, vanities 36" and over, large mirror cabinets — ship via freight carrier. Freight deliveries:

  • Are scheduled in advance — the carrier will call you to set a delivery window
  • Are curbside delivery only by default. If you need inside or threshold delivery, request a quote at checkout or by emailing us
  • Require an adult signature at delivery
  • Should be inspected for visible damage before signing. If damage is visible, refuse delivery or note it on the carrier's paperwork — this protects your claim

Alaska, Hawaii, US territories & PO Boxes

We currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and select US territories at adjusted rates calculated at checkout. We do not ship freight items (large vanities, full shower doors) to these regions — please email info@thekzg.com for a custom quote. We do not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for items requiring carrier signature.

International shipping

KZG primarily serves the US market. International orders are quoted on a case-by-case basis. Email info@thekzg.com with the items, quantity, and destination — we'll come back with a freight quote and estimated transit time. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer's responsibility.

Order changes & cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, email info@thekzg.com as soon as possible. We can usually accommodate changes before the order ships. Once an order has dispatched, the change must be handled as a return.

Lost, stolen, or significantly delayed shipments

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members
  2. Look for a package left at a side door or with a building manager
  3. Wait 24 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered before the actual drop-off

If the package still cannot be located, email info@thekzg.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we'll open a carrier trace. We'll work with the carrier to recover or replace the order.

Damaged in transit

Inspect every shipment immediately. Photograph any damage to the box and the product, then email info@thekzg.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — see our Refund Policy for details.

Trade Program shipments

Trade Program accounts may qualify for white-glove delivery, scheduled-window delivery, or palletized freight. Reach out to your account manager or email info@thekzg.com to set up the right shipping method for your project.
