Common questions about the program.

  • How long does approval take? We review every application personally and reply within one business day. Most approvals come back within a few hours during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM PT).
  • Can I combine the trade discount with promotional codes? Trade pricing applies first and stacks with most volume promotions, but does not stack with site-wide percentage codes (e.g., WELCOME10). The system automatically applies whichever discount is larger so you always get the best price.
  • What does Net 30 mean? You receive an invoice when the order ships, and payment is due 30 days from the invoice date. Available to Tier 03 (Volume) accounts after the first paid order; we may extend Net 15 to Tier 02 (Wholesale) on request.
  • Is there a minimum order quantity? No minimum for Tier 01 (Trade). Tier 02 (Wholesale) requires 5+ items per order. Tier 03 (Volume) is for projects of 20+ units. Mix and match across categories.
  • Can I apply for a higher tier as my volume grows? Yes — the program is designed to grow with your business. Submit a new application or email us; we'll move you up after a quarter of qualifying volume, no penalty for downgrading later.
  • How does shipping work for trade orders? Trade orders ship free over $70 like any retail order. Volume tier (20+ units) gets free freight on full pallets within the continental US. Greater Los Angeles white-glove install is available on request.
  • Do trade discounts apply to KZG Custom (made-to-order) products? Yes, Trade and Wholesale tiers apply to Custom products at full discount. Volume tier custom pricing is quoted project by project — email us with the spec and quantity for a tailored quote.
