Returns & Refunds
30-day returns on unused, unopened doors. We pay return shipping if the issue is on us (defect, damage in transit). Customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind.
Damaged in transit? Email info@thekzg.com with photos within 7 days — we ship a free replacement.
Care & cleaning: The vinyl bottom sweep is removable — rinse weekly with mild soap and water to prevent mildew. The sweep is a wear part; replacements run ~$20 (5–10 year typical life).
Warranty
Lifetime limited warranty against manufacturer defects on KZG shower door hardware (rollers, rails, handles, brackets).
Glass: 1-year warranty against defects in the tempered glass. Tempered glass is certified to ANSI Z97.1 and 16 CFR 1201 — the residential safety standard.

Common installation questions
- Will it fit my opening? Measure the top, middle, and bottom of your opening — use the smallest measurement. If your opening varies by more than ¼ in. top-to-bottom, contact us before ordering.
- Can I install this myself? Yes — a handy DIY installer can complete it in 3–4 hours with a level, drill, masking tape, and silicone caulk. Two people make the glass install easier and safer. Or pick our $250 Pro Install (Greater LA only).
- Which side does it open? The roller track is universal — set it up to open from either side during install. Decide based on your bathroom layout (avoid blocking the toilet or vanity).
- What about the glass? 3/8-in. (10mm) tempered safety glass — if it ever breaks, it crumbles into small pebbles, not sharp shards. Easy-clean coating reduces soap-scum buildup.
