Recent Irvine work

Northwood Pointe new-build. Two primary baths on the same job — frameless brushed gold double-sliding doors, both installed in one morning. Builder didn't leave blocking; we used through-bolts and tile epoxy. Holding strong 18 months later.

Turtle Rock 1980s remodel. Original tile with 1/2" threshold curve. Custom-shimmed the rail to clear the bump and re-grouted. Owner kept the vintage tile, gained a no-fuss frameless door.

Quail Hill townhome. Tight bathroom (32" wide opening). Single sliding installed in 90 minutes — sales appraisal added $7K to the listing the next month.
