Mid-century modern walls are rarely plumb after 60 years. Our adjustable rail handles up to 3/8" wall variance — important when the bathroom was tiled in 1962.
Westside high-rises (Brentwood, Westwood, DTLA)
Concrete-over-block wall types need anchor adapters most installers skip. We bring SDS-Plus drills and stainless wedge anchors as standard kit. No drilling fees ever.
Valley + Eastside ranches
Burbank, Sherman Oaks, Highland Park — drywall over wood studs but blocking might be missing. We test before we drill; if we hit no stud, we use through-bolts with backer plates and skip the drywall patch.
