Our approach in Huntington Beach

Marine sealant on every coastal install. If your home is within 1 mile of the water (everything from Downtown HB through Sunset), we apply marine-grade sealant at every wall penetration and use 316 stainless fasteners on request — no upcharge for the upgrade.

Sand & wind protection during install. Beach-side installs get masked off with plastic at the door — sand finds its way into the rail tracks otherwise. Small detail, prevents the gritty squeak you hear on cheap installs.

Tide-friendly scheduling. If you live on the Peninsula or in the Harbour and parking is bad on weekends, we'll schedule a Tuesday/Wednesday install when the streets are open. Tell us your block, we'll work around it.
